Yoga for wellbeing with Janis, inspired by Hatha with breath work and relaxation

With Hatha yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Building core strength, which is key to good posture, is another important aspect of this type of yoga.

Hatha yoga can help you to relieve stress, become more mindful, have a positive impact on your mental health, your physical health, and help you become stronger, more flexible and in tune with your body and mind.

£8 per class or £60 for a block of 8 classes
