The steel frame was completed prior to the scheduled Christmas construction shutdown with the roof a wall cladding in progress. Due to inclement weather the project has slipped a week, but the contractor believes this will not impact the overall schedule.

Over the past four weeks, significant progress has been made toward enabling physical activity on site. The total estimated project cost remains at £976,460, with a slight reduction in contingency. Construction is scheduled to commence in late September early October and is expected to be completed within 36 weeks.
